The lowest score of these variables has been used to harmonize with the other cohort(s). In case one of the 2 GAF variables was missing, the score was based on the GAF variable that was present. This has been adjusted in the pre-processing phase. OPUS contains 2 GAF variables: GAF funktion and GAF symptomer. The lowest score of these variables has been used to harmonize with the other cohort(s). In case one of the 2 GAF variables was missing, the score was based on the GAF variable that was present.
